Egusi soup step by step
- Wash your beef and kpomo and cook until tender and fry.
- Ground your egusi into powder.
- Wash and chop your spinach and set aside.
- Wash and blend bell pepper,onions and garlic.
- Heat oil in a pot and pour in your paste and fry for some minutes.
- Add in water and beef stock,season with salt,curry,maggi and spices and cook for some minutes.
- Mix your egusi with some water and mould into balls.
- Pour the balls into the soup and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then use a spoon to break off the cook moulded egusi.
- Add in beef,kpomo, spinach and simmer.
- Serve with any swallow of your choice.
