  2. It's 400 grms of potatoes.
  3. Prepare 1 of chopped tomato.

  1. Peel potatoes and brinjal thoroughly.Peel all potatoes.Give a slit in between all.potatoes and brinjal.
  2. In a small bowl mix all dry ingredients chopped tomatoes and coriander. Add 2tb spn oil and mix it well. Fill all potatoes and brinjal with this masala.
  3. Heat oil in a glass bowl.Add jeera and hing.allow it cook for 2 minutes in microwave. Add filled bringle and potato and 1/2 cup water.cover it and allow it to cook for 7 mins in microwave. Remove from oven and check it. Rotate all veggies and allow it to cook for 4 more minutes. Check it if you feel it is still not cooked allow for 2 more mins..
  4. Same thing you can cook in a pressure cooker.Add oil in cooker add jeera hing and veggies and water.Allow it to pressure cook for 3 whistles. Your yummy kathiyawadi style sabji is ready..
