Pineapple Buttermilk Gravy (More Kuzhambu) step by step
- Take a kadai, add Pineapple pieces and water and let it boil..
- Grind the ingredients into a fine paste. Add the pasta and let it boil for 5 minutes..
- Add Turmeric and salt while boiling..
- Temper all ingredients in oil and mix it with the gravy and switch off the flame..
- When the gravy is lukewarm, add buttermilk and gently mix it..
