- Chop boil potato,onion into small pieces,slit green chilli keep all ready,ready soaked Poha /rice flakes,in pan heat oil and crackle rai, curry leaves onion stirred in.Add chopped potatoes too..
- Now add the salt turmeric,sugar tp onion potato, add coriander powder to poha flakes,then add this to the stir fried masala.Mix all well..
- Serve hot.
This kanda batata poha is perfect as a breakfast or snack or brunch. I like to enjoy it with a cup of coffee while hubby loves it with a cup of tea. I have seen many stalls serves it with topping of spicy thin sev. Here I have not used it because this is my go to weekend brunch recipe and I wanted to keep it.
