- Soak the beans in water for 20 mins & pound using a mortar.
- Wash & rinse with clean water.
- Soak the beans again for about 5 mins, remove the water & add Scot bonnet, onion & tatashe, blend it well.
- Add maggi, salt, onga, curry & oil. Mix it well and put inside a leather & tie it well. Put your water on fire & add ur moi moi into it. Allow it to cook for some minutes.
- For the sauce, put ur oil on fire & add sliced onion, grated Scot bonnet, maggi & curry. Beat ur eggs, pour it all over & stir fry for some minutes..
- Once the sauce is ready, u can serve with ur moimoi.
