- It's 13 oz of jalapenos, sliced or chopped.
- It's 1 of pod garlic.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper.

Zip Dip step by step
- Let cheese stand at room temperature until very soft..
- In a food processor, mix jalapenos with juice, garlic cloves and onions..
- Slowly in small portions add cheese to mixture and blend on low speed until smooth..
- Add mayonnaise and cayenne pepper, mix only until blended. Do not over mix; dip will be thin. Add salt & pepper to taste..

- Note: Do not use the "light" ingredients or the dip will be too thin and runny. It's a dip so it's not meant to be healthy! LOL!.
