- Now in a bowl take cornflour, water, red chilli sauce & soya sauce & make a paste out of it, then add this to the veggies and mix very nicely..
- Cook the chopsuey for 5-10 minutes on medium flame, then add tomato ketchup and mix well & again cook it for another 10 minutes and then switch off the flame..
- Once the chopsuey is a little warm, plate it up, top it with lots of fried noodles and serve..
