- Boiled Bitter melon andrl potatoes.
- Heat Oil on high flame add finely chopped onion fry, till it turn to golden brown colour and add ginger garlic paste..
- Add tomatoes,masale and amchur, salt, turmeric and fry it for few mint. add some water.
- Mash the potatoes,bitter melon add masala, some water (thick gravy)and cook it for 7/10 minute...ready to serve bitter melon gravy.
