Spicy bok choy step by step

Prep the bok choy by slicing down the rib..
Dice tofu in large cubes..
Squeeze the juice from the lemon half and combine with remaining ingredients in a medium pot over high heat..
Add tofu and bok choy to the pot. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes or so..
