- Heat water in cooker/ idli steamer. Grease idli plates/ moulds with oil. Add eno salt & 2 tsp oil to prepare besan batter. Mix well. Put 1-2 tbsp of besan batter in each greased idli moulds..
- Place in pressure cooker or Idli steamer. Close with lid without whistles. Steam for 15 minutes. Let the steam escape before opening the lid..
