One minute Cookie. Bring margarine, sugar, milk and cocoa to boil. I tried this recipe a number of times following the directions exactly, but my cookies are always mush. I tried this and my cookies turned out much better!
Be careful to not overcook the cookie. Once it comes out of the microwave it should be very soft. It's mid-week and you deserve a cookie. You can have One minute Cookie using 9 ingredients and 10 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

This is the perfect one-serving dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth. We've been a big fan of mug cakes (have you tried this chocolate chip peanut butter mug cake ?), but when we saw you could make a cookie in a mug, we were ALL over that. Scoop the dough into a mound at the center of the prepared plate. Lightly press the remaining chocolate chips into the top of the dough. Let sit for a few minutes to cool.
