- Prepare 1 cup of Rice flour.
- It's 2 tbsp of refined flour.
- You need 2 cup of chopped cauliflower and potato with green peas.

- Take a bowl mix rice flour, mayda and 1 teaspoon salt and make a daugh with Lukewarm water..
- For stuffing.. heat oil in a pan add all the veggies stir well for few seconds and cover it..
- After 6-7 mins add ginger paste chopped tomatoes and salt. Mix well and cover it for another 7 mins. Now add all the dry masala and mix well. Cook for 5 mins..
- Make small balls from the dough. Make a bowl with the balls and stuff the veggies and make a momo like pitha..
- Steam all the pitha in a steamer for 15-20 mins. Pitha is ready to eat..
