- You need of All veggies of sambar.
- Prepare of Tamarind pulp.
- You need of Turmeric,red chilli powder.
- Prepare of Salt, sambar masala(i have used homemade) any brand.
- You need of Chutney_ grated coconut, green chilli,coriander,cumin seeds.
- You need of Salt, lemon juice.

Idli sambar instructions
- Soak rice and urad dal for atleast 4 hours separately add some fenugreek seeds.
- Grind mixture and ferment it overnight by adding salt.
- Grease idli stand with little oil and pour batter in mould.
- Steam for 15 min.let it cool.
- Sambar_ cook tur dal.cut all veggies in cubes(onion,potato,pumpkin,brinjal,drumstick).
- Heat oil in kadai put fenugreek seeds,curry leaves.add veggies one by one add turmeric,red chilli powder, sambar masala let it boil till veggies cooked.
- Add cooked turdal salt, tamarind pulp cook for 5 more mins..
- Chutney grind all ingredients..
- Serve hot idli with sambar and chutney.
