- Wash carrots nicely and remove upper skin by peeler. Again wash them properly..

- Put grated carrots in pan along with raisins and place lid on it to steam cook. U can also use cooker to do so..
- After carrots softens remove lid and add sugar into it and cook till water evoporates..
- When halwa gets dry add ghee in it and roast it for 2 more minutes..
- When it's texture is changed to little crispy and golden red add dry fruits and mava in it and saute for few seconds more..
- Now switch off the flame and add cardamom powder and place the lid again for a minute..
- Carrot halwa is ready to serve.
