Ingredients of Moimoi and Garri
- It's 2 cups of beans, 3cooked eggs, red pepper, onions, crayfish, oil.
- Prepare of maggi,salt, ginger and water.
- You need of Garri and water.
It is a protein-rich food that is a staple in Nigeria. In Ghana, it is commonly known as 'Alele' or "Olele'. Blend the beans, tatashe or tomato puree, onions, crayfish, habanero pepper and ground nutmeg together with some of the water and pour the mix into a big enough bowl.
