- Boil white rice plain.
- Cut and wash the fish (i usually use hot water to remove those slimming stuff from the body).
- Wash bitter leaves to your taste..
- Grate the ginger.
- Slice the onions and pepper.
- Set pot on fire, add water, add ginger,Onions and pepper, add seasoning/spices, allow to boil then add bitter leaves and allow to cook a little, lastly add the fish (the fish goes in last to avoid having broken fish) allow to cook for 7mins.
