- You need 1/2 small of Tomatoes (optional).
- You need 2 of to 3 tablespoons Tempura crumbs.
- You need 1 of Okonomiyaki sauce.
- It's 1 of Mayonnaise.
The key is the crumbly texture of the tempura crumbs! For example, a great substitute for mizuna is arugula (or rocket). The amounts needed for the substitution are the same, just to make things easy for you. You can make this salad completely vegetarian if you like, but I decided to add some tinned tuna for protein.
