- 1..rice 1/2ghanta bihgoden...
- 2..dahi ko phent kar 2hissy krlen.
- 3..zafran..cream...milk ko mix krlen.
- 4...phr cream ke mixture me adhi dahi..podena..hara dhaniya shamil krden....
- 5..oven ko 150c par grm karein 4litter pani boil kar ke isme tej paat. 2 long.2 daar chini. 2 choti elaichi or hasb e zaeqa nmak add karein.
- 6..or isme rice dal kar boil krlen ke wo halke gal jaen.. Phr pani chhan lein...
- 7..ek sauce pan me oil grm karein or baqi sb msale or kala zeera fry krlen.
- 8..phir piyaz ka paste dal kar surkh krlen....

- 10.phr gosht or nmak add kar ke 3..4 mnt pkaen...

- 13..bryani ko decorate krne ke kiye ek bowl ko chikna karein or isme gosht ka salan adha dalen is par zafran aadhi dahi podena hara dhaniya chirak kar uper boil rice dalen....
- 14..is tareqa e kar ko ek bar phr dohraen..ir tmam ameza khatam hojay....
