Ingredients of Sindhi curry
- Prepare 1 cup of oil.
- It's 1 cup of besan.
- It's 1 tsp of methi seeds.
- You need 2 of potatoes.
- You need 100 gms of suran.
- Prepare 50 gms of gavar.

- Cook it covered for 10 minutes. Then add drumsticks, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder..
- Once all the vegetables are tender after cooking for 7 or 8 minutes, add tamrind pulp, kokum, curry leaves and aambel. Boil for 3 minutes more.
- Season it with 2 tsp oil, jeera and hing. Switch off the gas and sprinkle corianderleaves..
- Serve hot with steamed rice..
