Ingredients of Goat meat hot sauce
- Prepare 800 g of goat meat.
- You need of Fresh tomotoes.
- It's of Fresh 🌶 pepper.
- It's of Fresh Tatashe and Sobo.
- It's 1 of ball of onions.
- You need 3 cubes of Mr chef Maggi (my new found spice).
- Prepare of Garlic.
- It's of Ginger.
- It's leaves of Scent.
- You need of Kitchen glory spice.
- It's of Lasor spice.
- You need of Veg oil.
The meat is marinated for a long time and boil on low heat until tender. A cooker pressure may also be beneficial as the meat can take a long time to cook. Goat meat marinated in a sauce with ancho chiles and spices, then slowly braised until soft. This traditional dish known as birria is always accompanied with refried beans and corn tortillas, and is normally served for special occasions.
Goat meat hot sauce instructions
- Wash the goat meat, cut into smaller pieces, put in the pot.
- Add chopped onions, 2cubes of Maggi, pounded garlic and ginger and red pepper.. Add little water and steam for 5mins, stiring occasionally to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot...
- After 5mins, add water and cook on low heat till meat is tender. Make sure, the water dries up.
- On a pot, add veg oil, then slice the tomatoes, pound the remaining pepper, Tatashe and Sobo. Bring the oil to a hot, put the goat meat, and fry until it turn a bit brownish, add onions, then the tomatoes and peppers, fry until well fried..
- Stir gently occasionally, add the spices to taste... Lastly, garnish it with little scent leaves for irresistible taste....
- Serve with rice, yam, noodles and any meal of ur choice....
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, pesto and cumin in a mixing bowl and set aside. Heat griddle or grill to high heat. Boil goat meat with salt, pepper, beef or chicken bouillon powder and some chopped onions in a medium pot until tender. Add very little water as possible, enough to cook it.
