1. Preheat your oven to 425°F..
2. Pet your spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and use a spoon to scrape off the excess seeds and thread..
3. Place cut side down on a baking sheet and cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until the spaghetti squash gives when you poke it..
4. Once your spaghetti squash is done take it out of the oven to cool..
