1. It's 1/2 lb of liverwurst diced roughly.
2. It's 1/2 of medium onion roughly chopped.

6. It's 2 tbsp of softened butter.

1. In a food processor pulse the onions until they are diced small. Add liverwurst and process until its a pâté consistency..
2. Add all other ingredients and continue to run processor until completely smooth..
3. Transfer spread into your serving dish and refrigerate at LEAST 6 hrs. ( I make this two days before to allow all flavors to blend together.).
4. Serve with crackers, cucumbers,celery,peppers and carrots. Or be a total glutton like myself and eat with a spoon.....;).
